A new Bugatti will publicly be displayed for the first time at this years Pebble Beach Concourse dElegance, on August 16th, 2008.  The last preparations are running at full speed. Two more weeks and then Bugatti Automobiles will present their new Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport for the very first time to the public.

The Eco Elise project promotes a different perspective on green, one which does not revolve solely around tailpipe CO2. This holistic approach is in keeping with the progressive Lotus culture, driving Lotus to become the worlds green automotive consultancy.

Mégane R26.R: the new flagship of the Renault Sport Technologies range.

The latest addition to the Renault Sport family is Mégane R26.R, a car that has been engineered for performance and extreme driving enjoyment. Mégane R26.R is based on Mégane F1 Team R26 and uses the same engine, gearbox and limited slip differential, but has been lightened by 123kg and features specific suspension calibration.

2008 KTM X-Bow

The KTM X-Bow: A Success Story

The motorcycle specialist manufacturer KTM celebrated the world premiere of its first-ever car at the Geneva Motor Show in 2007 when the X-Bow was born. The company sounded out the exclusive lightweight sports car market with an aggressive design and a spectacular concept, complete with carbon fibre monocoque and purist, minimalist fittings.

Following an overwhelmingly positive response from sports car enthusiasts and motoring media all around the world, the decision was made to go ahead with further development for the series production model of the KTM X-Bow.

2010 Chevrolet Camaro RS

DETROIT – Chevrolet introduces the production 2010 Camaro. It is a heritage-inspired sports car for the 21 st century, combining great looks and performance; advanced technology and surprising efficiency – including 26-mpg estimated highway fuel economy. Sales begin in the first quarter of 2009.

Built on GM’s new, global rear-wheel-drive architecture, the Camaro is offered in V-6-powered LS and LT models, as well as the V-8-powered SS. All models and powertrain combinations include fuel-saving six-speed transmissions.

2008-Toyota-TF108-and-Dark-Knight-Batmobile

Thanks to a partnership between Panasonic Toyota Racing and Warner Bros. Pictures, Hollywood is coming to Silverstone for the British Grand Prix weekend to celebrate the release of the event movie of the summer: The Dark Knight.

The Batmobile is around 3m at its widest point, 4.5m long and 1.5m high. It runs on unleaded fuel and weighs 2.5 tons. The vehicle has six wheels - two in the front, outfitted with sprint car race tires, and four at the back, which utilize monster truck tyres. The Batmobile has no front axle. The absence of a front axle enables the Batmobile to make extremely tight turns. It can jump 1.2m to 1.8m and has jumped a distance of 18m.

The Dark Knight will be distributed worldwide in theatres and IMAX by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company.
